Valuing the talents of our employees
A CSR approach instituted internally ensures the personal development of employees and their professional fulfillment. Ooredoo provides regular supervision and frequent training for its employees in all directions so that their experience within our company is a real success that helps to launch their career and improve their career.
Ooredoo also offers the possibility of spin-offs to encourage entrepreneurship.
The spin-off was adopted by Ooredoo in 2009, and four employees have already been able to benefit from this program: a collection company project, a wap content company, a web management company and a trade marketing agency.
Stay close to students and future employees
Externally, Ooredoo has adopted this policy and placed it as the main axis of its partnerships.
Ooredoo also remains close to student-company meetings such as the Tunis polytechnic school forum and the engineer-company day at INSAT where the proximity to future graduates gives a clear vision of the job market.
Partnerships with the technology park of Tataouine and Supcom encourage the spirit of initiative and scientific research. This partnership is reflected in technical assistance to the various structures of the Cyber Parc Conseil and support of Ooredoo's skills to young companies established.
