How is my subscription billed?
You will receive a monthly invoice following the exhaustion of the included months. The invoice corresponds to the chosen pack, it will be sent to you at the end of the month to pay in advance the consumption of the following month. If you do not respect the due date of your invoice, you risk the suspension of your subscription.
Can I buy several Flexi packages?
Yes you can buy several Flexi packages simultaneously. Several packages are available to best meet your needs.

What is the validity of my main package?
The 35GB package is valid for 30 days. The 55GB, 70GB and 100GB packages are valid for 60 days.

Make sure that you are in the service area with network signals or that you have activated the wireless network access service.
