Creating value is the goal of Ooredoo's responsible approach. It is with this in mind that we support initiatives that encourage the spirit of entrepreneurship and the creation of new economic dynamics, especially in vulnerable areas.
Through partnerships with the CJD and the entrepreneurship network, Ooredoo aims to train future entrepreneurs and offer them a contact network that helps them set up their project.
One of the flagship projects in which Ooredoo took part, “Souk Attanmia”, initiated by the AfDB
is an Innovation and Business Hub initiated by QFF, Ooredoo Tunisia and Microsoft Tunisia. We offer technical and financial support to students, researchers and entrepreneurs. Our investments are focused on startups and innovative SMEs.
IntilaQ plays a leading role in improving the ICT ecosystem and strengthening the Tunisian economy through innovation and job creation.
The hub has 4 centers:
- Technology Center: To connect developers and innovators to the latest technologies and platforms to test ideas/concepts and develop prototypes and mobile apps.
- Funding Program: A one-stop shop offering advice, access to seed funding, mentorship and workspace. A true catalyst for business creation and growth
- Career Centre: To promote and improve the employability of young people by building their capacities through training and certification programs and helping them find jobs or create new businesses
- Academic Center: Provide services to turn innovative research results into DPI, assist in rapid prototyping, and turn research into business opportunities.
