Is my GPRS consumption in Roaming taken into account in the monthly calculation of the bonus on consumption?
Just like calls in Roaming, GPRS consumption in Roaming is not included in the calculation of the bonus.
I did not understand the calculation of the bonus?
Your consumption is rewarded each month: 50% bonus beyond 15 dt. Indeed, during the current month, you have reached a total of 65 dt of communications, you will have exceeded by 40 dt the threshold of 15 dt. You will therefore benefit from 20 dt (50% of 40 dt) bonus valid for one month. The bonus is capped, beyond 200 dt of consumption, at 85 dt.
We have several lines in our company, are we entitled to a discount on our overall invoice?
All Business Classic, Business Control and Business Group+ lines entitle you to a discount on the overall invoice of up to 15%.
Do I have to pay a subscription when acquiring a Business pro line?
You do not pay any subscription but a minimum invoice of 15 dt is invoiced to you if you do not exceed this sum. This Amount concerns all local, international, Fax, SMS, MMS and Internet calls and services (excluding welcome bonus).
Why does the Business Pro offer not entitle me to a discount on the global invoice?
For the Business Pro offer, you benefit from a bonus on consumption calculated according to consumption levels. Beyond 15 dt, each level of 10 dt reached, entitles you to 5 dt of additional bonus. It is offered to you in the form of local call minutes.
