How to benefit from the advantages offered by our partner Maghrebia Assurances?
After purchasing your Sayartech product, simply go to the nearest Maghrebia Assurances agency with your case and your Ooredoo contract to finalize the activation of your benefits. This implies that you are already a Maghrebia Assurances customer, or that you are changing provider to become a Maghrebia Assurances affiliate in order to benefit from Sayartech advantages. Once your benefits have been activated, you will be notified by email.
Once my first payment has been made in the Ooredoo store, how will the next payments go to continue to benefit from the service?
Two weeks before the end of the consumed period, you will receive a notification by SMS or email informing you of the issue of a new invoice concerning your Sayartech account. The payment of the invoice must be made according to the methods of payment in force: in the Ooredoo store, at the offices of the Tunisian Post, by direct debit from a bank account, online on Ooredoo.tn, with MobiFlouss, MobiCash or via Recharge *102 #.
Is Sayartech compatible with all vehicles?
Sayartech is compatible with the vast majority of vehicles equipped with a diagnostic port (OBD II) sold in Tunisia, and mainly produced after the year 2000. However, we suggest that before going to the store to make your purchase, first check the availability of the diagnostic port by reading your vehicle manual, by looking in your passenger compartment (under the steering wheel, in the fuse box, or under the armrest) by going to one of the specialized websites on automobiles, or by contacting your automobile dealer.
